Terms of Service

Last updated: March 19, 2026

These Terms govern your use of PageChange. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Service Provider

PageChange is operated by Marwan Akhandaf, sole proprietor, enterprise number 0768.807.647, VAT BE0768.807.647.

Contact: [email protected].

Service Overview

PageChange provides a software service for monitoring public websites and selected page content, reviewing change history, and sending alerts through the dashboard and configured notification channels.

These Terms apply to your use of https://page-change.com, the PageChange dashboard, APIs, alerts, subscriptions, and related services.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must use the service only for lawful business or personal purposes and only in ways that comply with applicable laws, contracts, and website terms that apply to the pages you monitor.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to access systems or content you are not authorised to monitor, bypass authentication or technical restrictions, interfere with third-party systems, transmit malicious code, or overload the service through abusive or automated misuse.

We may suspend or limit accounts that create security, abuse, legal, or operational risk.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis in EUR through Stripe unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Prices include applicable taxes and are shown at checkout.

If you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier.

Right of Withdrawal and Digital Content Exception

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance.

By subscribing to a paid plan and using the service, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service is actively used during the withdrawal period (Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive, as transposed in Belgian law under Book VI of the Code of Economic Law).

If you have not yet used the paid features of the service, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a full refund.

Customer Data and Monitoring Targets

You retain responsibility for the URLs, selectors, notes, rules, and other content you configure in the service. You grant us a limited right to process that data as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your monitoring activity is permitted and does not violate the rights of site owners, users, or third parties.

Availability and Service Limitations

PageChange is provided on a best-effort basis. Monitoring results may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to third-party outages, page changes, access restrictions, anti-bot protections, service interruptions, or technical limitations.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect detection accuracy, or delivery of every alert.

Intellectual Property

The PageChange service, software, branding, and related materials remain our property or the property of our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service itself, only the limited right to use it under your subscription.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or create abuse, legal, or security risk. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

Upon termination, your monitor data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Belgian and European law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind beyond those mandated by law.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, except where such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, (c) intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or (d) any other liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, you also retain the protection of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be submitted to the competent courts of Antwerp, Belgium, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to attempt to resolve a dispute.

Complaint Handling

If you have a complaint about the service, please contact us at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and resolve them within 30 days.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and post the revised version on https://page-change.com. Where possible, we will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
